We have confirmed that Brother Duane Dewey and Brother Leonardo Ortiz will be joining us to share and present. There are free campgrounds available within 10 minutes of where the meetings will be held for those who wish camp and save on costs.

“We must plan wisely, that the people may have an opportunity of hearing for themselves the last message of mercy to the world. The people should be warned to make ready for the great day of God, which is right upon them. We have no time to lose. We must do our utmost to reach men where they are. The world is now reaching the boundary line in impenitence and disregard for the laws of the government of God. In every city of our world the warning must be proclaimed. All that can be done should be done without delay.  {6T 32.1}
And our camp meetings have another object, preparatory to this. They are to promote spiritual life among our own people. The world in its wisdom knows not God. The world cannot see the beauty, the loveliness, the goodness, the holiness of divine truth. And in order that men may understand this, there must be a channel through which it shall come to the world. The church has been constituted that channel. Christ reveals Himself to us that we may reveal Him to others. Through His people are to be manifested the riches and glory of His unspeakable gift.  {6T 32.2}

“Shall not the people of God more frequently have holy convocations in which to thank God for His rich blessings?” Ellen White, Counsels To Parents, Teachers, and Students, page 343.

“We should improve every opportunity of placing ourselves in the channel of blessing. . . . The convocations of the church, as in camp meetings, the assemblies of the home church, and all occasions where there is personal labor for souls, are God’s appointed opportunities for giving the early and the latter rain.” – {FLB 246.6}

“I saw that these brethren could benefit the cause of God by attending, as often as practicable, convocation meetings at a distance from their place of labor… I was shown that it would be a benefit to the cause at large for these men, standing at the head of the work at Battle Creek, to become acquainted with their brethren abroad by associating with them in meeting… It will enliven their hope, renew their faith, and increase their courage.” –   {1T 516.1}
